Some of the tellers were great! Now they're ok. Some others now are just NOT custer service people! They cannot grasp the concept of trying to solve a problem if its not their problem...even if their coworker started to work on the issue 10 minutes earlier, and failed!! Then she gets a bit of an attitude about the customer asking a 3rd time for the account number they didn't give you the first 2 times you asked. Been with them for a number of years.
