Some of the tellers were great! Now they're ok. Some others now are just NOT custer service people! They cannot grasp the concept of trying to solve a problem if its not their problem...even if their coworker started to work on the issue 10 minutes earlier, and failed!! Then she gets a bit of an attitude about the customer asking a 3rd time for the account number they didn't give you the first 2 times you asked. Been with them for a number of years. I'm in from Kansas and left ALL of my cards in my car back home 🤦🏻♀️ Luckily this is a co-op location. I am on a VERY tight schedule this morning but was able to pop in and grab cash in no time at all. Beware- It does look like a small dentist office so we passed it the first time. 😅
