Never received my meal; advised it was canceled by the restaurant. The Restaurant had no idea who this company was. They advised the text me I never received a text waited 3 hours and no lunch....Hangry!
I ordered a complimentary meal for a meeting through their platform. It sent me a verification email stating: Your complimentary meal is scheduled to be delivered within 60 minutes of the event time 2/16/2024 5:00 PM [PST]. It's almost 8pm and no meal has been delivered. Their chat support is useless (no one responded.) This was my first time using the service. It was quick, easy, efficient. The follow up was nice that they made sure my order was okay and if I needed any changes. I would highly recommend especially if you have a very large order
