I highly recommend Jen if you’re looking into doing applied kinesiology! She has been an absolute delight to work with and has played such an important role in helping my daughter become her healthiest self.
Katie is amazing! She was extremely thorough with her intake. I am already seeing improvements with the supplement protocol she put me on in the first 2 weeks of taking them. She explains everything and really looks at you as a whole person. The check ins provide even more information and lifestyle changes to enhance my healing. I have had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Eating Elevated and Katie!
I am so thankful for Eating and Elevated and their help in supporting and healing my body. Vanessa has been wonderful. She is kind, genuine, and thorough. Each visit is individualized and an attempt to get to the root cause to help enable the body to heal. I know that when I visit, they will be able to help me feel better! I was hesitant to try muscle testing but was sold once I saw it in action and personally felt the benefit. Definitely recommend!
My favorite part of my week is coming to the “spa clinic”. The staff at Eating, Elevated are so dedicated to their patients and truly listen to you. They work to get to the bottom of your symptoms instead of supplying a band-aid. They keep Faith as the center in everything they do and treat everyone like family!
