Best cooking/baking class I ever experienced
Excellent class with lots of detail. You learn the full process and leave with active starter, a loaf to bake and a warm loaf. Plus tasting samples! Evangalene does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
Evangeline is a gifted chef and a very fun teacher! The class was a tremendous learning experience and the bread is phenomenal! I am eager to make my first loaf at home! I recommend any Eat Well Abq class to everyone who wants a really enjoyable baking experience.
