As a patron since 2019, I have seen the ebbs and flows of Eat The Bird as an independent restaurant aiming for franchising onto the wider nation. As someone who once ordered 2-3 times weekly when the Exeter branch first came into fruition, has signed up to a multitude of various loyalty schemes with ETB over the years, and even bought their merchandise, I must confess that Eat The Bird has very disappointingly dropped their standards in food and service.
