Excellent customer service. Ordered a birthday gift certificate online and service was prompt and expeditious. There was a slight problem with the postal service in the delivery of certificate and Deanna came through like a champ. In record time the postal service located my order and delivery was made.
Great selection, I wish I lived closer! Besides the great yarn selection of fibers, colorways, weights, the store has a great rewards system and an active ravelry community. If I lived closer I would take advantage of the social nights they host since the staff has always seemed nice. The website is also a boon for those of us who can’t come in frequently
