I agree with Janelle, probably a great practice for someone just looking to tailor a diet, but medical related diet help isn't a real focus.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I thought Kristie would help me come up with day by day meal plans and a grocery list, however the focus was on MyFitnessPal. She did not understand the extent of my mental illness and how I gained weight from harsh depression medications. She also said not to worry about the amount of sugar in my diet cause ‘it was good for my brain.’ I agree here with the reviewer with PSCOS that Kristie just didn’t understand the more medical side of nutrition. Kristie is AWESOME!! She was so helpful to me and totally turned my diet around. I used to eat totally processed foods and I was unhappy about how I looked, and then after I saw her she gave me some awesome ideas and healthy food choices that tasted better and were better for me! I am so glad I went to see her. Now I don’t just look better but I feel more healthy and energetic every day!!
