After repositioning a Stressless sofa I had difficulty in realignment of the piece. I contacted Easyliving for advice and assistance as where I made the original purchase. Ben from the store was most helpful, coming out in his own time after closing to assist and fixing my problem. Now that’s good ol' fashion service you just don’t get these days. The original buying experience was also ‘Easy’ If I have the incorrect name of the person who assisted I apologise but they are a trusted employee.
I've been looking at Stressless chairs at Nedlands Easy Living furniture for a while, and I went in today (Saturday 18th October 2025) for the third time to have a final "sit" before taking up the 25% offer on two chairs. On previous visits I have found the woman serving to be very friendly and helpful. But today, I could see by the look on her face that she was in a bad mood and when I asked her one (and only one) question about whether the discount applied to only floor stock, she spoke to me in a rude and patronising tone... read more
About 4 years ago we purchased 2 IMG Nordic Recliners from Easy Living. We love them! Recently one of the chairs developed a structural fault so we spoke to Rikki who advised she would submit a warranty claim with IMG on our behalf. Although she wasn't very optimistic, Rikki managed our claim right through and the end result is a virtually new chair. The after sales service we received from Rikki was well above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Easy Living.
I have dealt with Rikki at Easyliving in Nedlands for nigh on 3 years and have recieved fantastic service and advice. Service was so good that I recommended two of my close friends to pop in and see what the store has on offer. Both purchased Stressless recliners which suited their needs. If the service was not great it does not generate that kind of enthusiasm from me! I purchase an Emily suite, which gets used pretty much every day.
