On my eightieth birthday, my partner purchased two chairs, recliner Sunrise, absolutely beautiful. Recently mine had a malfunction in the switch, enter Rikki at Easyliving, amazing service, she kept in touch, organised the replacement parts and fitting. As an old retailer, I’ve not experienced service of this calibre for some time. I’d highly recommend you discuss your needs with these people- it’s exceptional.
What a fabulous experience. Rikki was just amazing to deal with. She listened to what I was wanting in a lounge and I couldn’t have asked for more. I am so impressed with the Stressless Stella lounge I purchased. Just wish I had done it sooner.
