Superb customer service and amazing Moran furniture!! Purchased a Moran Olympus recliner sofa recliner recently and it is superb !! Rikki helped me choose the sofa and, being a Moran, it is stunning!! Incredibly comfortable ( made of soft durable leather) the Moran Olympus takes pride of place in my home.
Recently purchased a set of new streslees dining chairs. Great idea they recline and are the most comfortable seating ever. Fantasic service, thanks guys.
Wonderfull customer service! I bought a Stressless recliner chair here in 2007. A couple of parts wore out after 15 years. They had the parts in stock and wouldn’t take my money when I offered to pay. A rare experience nowadays. Thanks you!

Richard was a delight to deal with, but when I rang back and Marily n answered it was a very different matter. I asked if they could do a cheaper price than Richard had quoted and she actually laughed and said she always thinks that is a funny question, but then offered to reconsider the original quote. She did call back with an adjusted price, but when I said I could get a lower price, she offered to match it! If all our dealings were with Richard we would not have gone elsewhere.
