I’m giving a 2 star review as the manger of the easyhome in Prince George is rude and mistreats hers staff my wife and myself are slowly buying the things we have threw easyhome out right from places as the manger makes you feel very unwelcome and treats the customers like garbage as well Sherri is an amazing employee and very helpful towards us the manger treats her like garbage as well and has done so many times infront myself and my wife
Sherri is the ONLY person I prefer to deal with. Applied for a Loan at 9am on Dec 23 was told I'd have an answer and a call back and surprise surprise Brandy and Maricia didn't hold up there end no one phoned me back about anything I was given a run around when I did check on it I called 20 mins before close and Maricia had already left and Brandy wasn't taking calls. I went in and they charged me a week that I had not received product. Then never gave me credit back, they were three weeks late getting me the product. Then harrassed me by sending someone to my home while I'm at work as I was a day late. Then when I return product as the headache wasn't worth it. They sold my personal information to a third party with out my knowledge or consent because they assumed my ex girlfriend lived with me.
