Very disappointing experience with Easyhome in Edmonton. The customer service was extremely poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. In particular, Ashleigh Olson was not helpful and did not provide the level of assistance or professionalism I expected. I went in hoping to have a positive experience, but unfortunately left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Customer service makes a huge difference, and this experience definitely did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriousl... read more
Do not rent from this location. Its not the same as all easyhome. They will screw you around. They play games. Never return calls till days and days later. Will not give a print out of account. Absolutely grateful for Ashley and her incredible customer service. I had a lot of problems with the Mainstreet location, and Ashley was quick to resolve any issues and take me in as her customer. She provided me with a STUNNING couch set and I really could not be happier. Thank you so so much Ashley! You are fantastic 🫶
