Hi everyone!! I’ve been dealing with Easy Financial for 2–3 weeks, and the experience has been an absolute disaster. The employee, Himanshu, is shockingly unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless. He NEVER contacts me unless I chase him. Always the same excuses: “I’m busy, I work alone.” Excuses are the only thing he’s doing his job is clearly not. They turned the entire loan process into a complete mess. This review is for Branch 2147. My wife has been dealing with Easy Financial for 2–3 weeks, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a disgrace. Even though the application was for my file, they kept asking her for additional information and even contacted me unnecessarily. They collected all this information and still failed to move the process forward.
