The staff here is rude. They excessively call you when you’ve missed a payment and have already made an arrangement. Everyone there says they are a “branch manager” when i asked about making a complaint they told me to email the branch I asked for a district manager they said they didn’t have one. Everyone here is rude and has terrible customer service.
Will call you off the hook in order to sell you a scummy loan where they take your money with like 300% fees. Even after you ask them to stop, they call you twice a day while you're at work. Solidified my choice NOT to loan with easy financial.
After being a client for more than a year, I ended up being very disappointed in this company.

Hi everyone!! I’ve been dealing with Easy Financial for 2–3 weeks, and the experience has been an absolute disaster. The employee, Himanshu, is shockingly unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless. He NEVER contacts me unless I chase him.
