Hi everyone!! I’ve been dealing with Easy Financial for 2–3 weeks, and the experience has been an absolute disaster. The employee, Himanshu, is shockingly unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless. He NEVER contacts me unless I chase him. Always the same excuses: “I’m busy, I work alone.” Excuses are the only thing he’s doing his job is clearly not. They turned the entire loan process into a complete mess.
