I had an issue at first where they didn’t get the non- disclosure done properly. They did fix it pretty quickly and ended up getting it all done and taken care of after I complained about it but they might’ve done it without me complaining about it and they actually followed through really well.
So I had a super easy non-disclosure I needed them to take care of and I was in touch with Miguel in the office and the county sent me a thing for dismissal because they hadn’t heard from easy ex functions. I sent everything in a timely manner and it wasn’t done. I spent almost $1000 on something I could’ve done myself for a few hundred dollars so I’m a little upset right now and Miguel said he was gonna take care of it. He didn’t take care of it. It seems like they care more about their ratings than they do the customers still communication issues after I took my review down so it’s going back up
