If I could give it less than a Star I would. This company is horrible. I try and reach out and no one answers. Marcus is a horrible customer service representative, and makes it seem like an inconvenience just to speak to him. There is no way to verify their “internet scrub”. They claim if the private entity doesn’t comply within 30 days you can take legal action. However there is no way for you to know what companies they send it to. Do not waste your money with this company they will not get your record expunged you pay to see if you’re eligible for expansion. They say you are when you’re really not you will get denied. Do not use this company. It is a scam and after you pay, no one will reach out to you. You cannot talk to people on the phone And you cannot get a refund. Hope this helps others.
You will be wasting your Money. The eligibility reports are false. Everything about this company is false. Do not waste your money. You will not get to talk to a live representative after you pay use your money for a real lawyer.
I really want to have a good experience with Easy Expunctions, but unfortunately, I can’t rate them any higher simply because I haven’t received any response. I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to hear back, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to handle something important. I’m still hopeful things can be resolved, and I’d be more than happy to update this review if someone from the team reaches out and helps with my request. At this point, I just want a reply and some support.
