THESE WAS HAPPENED AT DALLAS DFW This is worst Rental company reasons 1) They do not have car which you booked 2) They never Consider Your own Insurance 3) their is no Customer service response and wrongly charged to your credit card, for other peoples tall travel 4) Mostly rental cars are not deeply clean. 5) very Rude Staff. Just confirm them about there policy . Doesn’t make any sense and should avoid their service n will be better decision…
Stay away from this company. Un-courteous and rude. For them perhaps arguing is the best policy. Accused me of returning the car with less fuel although it was more than what I was given at the time. Charged me more after a month or so! saying that I got a speeding ticket. No solid proof was given to me and didn’t ask me for any authorisation before taking the money out of my card. They are not the cheapest either so save yourself any future hassle and go to a reputable car hire such as Enterprise etc.
