I had a terrible experience with this company. They promised to arrive at 9 am, but at 9 pm the night before told me they would come at 11 am — too late for me to find another removalist. On the day, they changed it again to 12:30 pm and finally arrived after 1 pm, meaning I had to wait from 9 am to 1 pm. I asked for professional movers, but one worker had never done removals before and was not strong enough for the job.
