Courtney was amazingly awesome!!! She was prompt, beyond friendly, just all around awesome!! My SIL is slightly learning disabled and since I had a wee bit too much to drink (actually any driving after a drink for me is not gonna happen - be safe yourself and keep others safe) so we called the taxi. It was a stretch to give them one star but I had no choice. I booked my taxi last night for 615am this morning. At 618am I called to make sure they were coming. The imbecile driver yelled at me saying he waited 20mins and then gave someone else a ride which has now caused me to miss my flight and cost me a 339.00 change fee. If they can’t tell the time I’m not sure they should be driving a vehicle. Never ever again.

I would place higher review except my cab I called this morning never picked me up I had to walk. Not good customer service didn't even call me back letting me know yall couldn't show up!!!!!!

Never use easy trips! The guy was inappropriate with me on the phone, then came to pick me up and turned around and left while I was standing outside because he forgot to pick someone else up! I waited outside for him to come back over 30 mins, then he picked me up with another guy in the cab who he forgot he had to bring somewhere. He made me extremely late and then when he brought me to my destination I told him I would only be a second and he pulled off and left me stranded. Never again. Worst cab service in SSM MI.
