We had such a great experience working with Easy Riders for our wedding! Everything ran so smoothly the entire day. The drivers were prompt, professional, and friendly, and transportation was one thing we never had to worry about. Thomas made the whole process so easy and communicated everything clearly. We didn’t have to think about a thing! We would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for reliable, stress-free wedding transportation.
They came highly recommended, be sure to book exactly a year in advance or you'll miss out they are that good!! Thomas was wonderful and quick to respond to any & all questions. Day of the event we had several elderly/handicapped guests the drivers were so patient and accommodating. Highly recommend !!
We used Easy Riders to transport approximately 80 of our wedding guests round trip from downtown Charlottesville to Hazy Mountain in Afton, VA the beginning of January 2025. They were contracted for 2 bus's and one service there and back. They went above and beyond and were a valuable asset to our wedding experience. 4-days before our wedding it snowed 5 inches. Easy Riders were top notch. They were timely, respectful, and got the job done perfectly for our wedding. Everything from the music to the vibe of the bus ride was exactly as we had hoped for. Easy riders were able to flawlessly pick-up our guests in a crowded part of Charltotesville and get them to the wedding at Keswick Vineyards on time. I’d highly recommend them to anyone doing a wedding in Charlottesville.
