We used Easy Riders to transport approximately 80 of our wedding guests round trip from downtown Charlottesville to Hazy Mountain in Afton, VA the beginning of January 2025. They were contracted for 2 bus's and one service there and back. They went above and beyond and were a valuable asset to our wedding experience. 4-days before our wedding it snowed 5 inches. Easy Riders were top notch. They were timely, respectful, and got the job done perfectly for our wedding. Everything from the music to the vibe of the bus ride was exactly as we had hoped for. Easy riders were able to flawlessly pick-up our guests in a crowded part of Charltotesville and get them to the wedding at Keswick Vineyards on time. I’d highly recommend them to anyone doing a wedding in Charlottesville.

From the beginning Easy Rider Bus Company was extremely easy to work with at one of the most affordable prices in the area. A couple weeks before the wedding they checked in and created a detailed driver itinerary that we were then able to post on our wedding website for all our guests. They expertly stuck to the timeline and ensured all of our guests made it to/from the wedding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Easy Riders! My sister used Easy Riders as the bus transportation for her wedding in 2019 and had an excellent experience, so we opted to use them for our wedding this past weekend. They did a phenomenal job! They picked up our guests at 2 separate hotels where we had blocks and did two separate departures from our venue back to our hotels. Transportation companies seem to be abundant in the Charlottesville area, but I stand behind Easy Riders Bus Company for your wedding transportation needs. Working with Thomas was seamless. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was thorough when discussing the terms and options for our transportation needs. We had a large group and used 3 of their 52 passenger buses.
