Honestly I love riding the bus but I will say they should make it where you can track the busses so when you get to where you needa stand you can see when the bus is coming.
I ride it every day and the drivers are always nice. One way is $0.75 (kids and elderly are 35 cents), transfers are free, day passes are $1.75, and 30 day passes are $25. You can get practically anywhere you need to go- I just wish they were still running in the evenings but they just don't have enough staff.
