Excellent customer service and knowledge. I was just in the process of upgrading to another ebike and research revealed ERB. Nick really helped me understand some of the latest ebikes functions and let me test ride some of the bikes I was interested in. Thanks again Nick. Nik helped me when I was in a bind. He specialises in e - bikes but assisted me when I broke a few spokes on my road bike. Nik was friendly, exceptionally helpful & got me back on the road with good advice. He is a genuinely good person with great local knowledge who is happy to help. I highly recommend Nik and his services.
Niki (shop owner) goes above and beyond to meet your requirements with your Ebike. Also hire bikes available here and located 300metres from the beach.
