Dont dont rent a car here. Read the rest of the reviews. I had the very same experience. On top of that they wanted my declaration page of my ins. Or id be forced to pay. My rsvp wS for 7:30am. Thry were not open do i sat there for 1 hour. I called the number it was not in service. The rental place looks like a chop shop or human trafficking facility. Don’t do it

SCAMMERS, 14 per day toll pass 50 per day insurance, if you have no return flight forced to buy there insurance, if I booked a return had to be 48 hrs. ahead of rental you can't out think them

Customer service was okay but the wait of 4 hours was extreme just to be seen and then be told they have to find a car I had paid in advance they can't find a car. I'm still sitting here waiting for a vehicle. Was not offered any kind of a discount no nothing

La peor experiencia fue con esta compañía, tuve q modificar mis vacaciones gracias a esta gente . Me dieron un precio cuál era fijo y sin cargos ocultos y cuando llegue al counter terminamos pagando el doble de lo acordado 🤬🤬🤬
