I hired this company for a direct boat transport from Pennsylvania to Michigan and paid more because of their strong reviews. I requested live tracking and a truck with mud flaps, and instead got a subcontracted delivery that was days late, while my new boat sat in a salvage yard. Instead of the direct delivery, the driver went off-route and apparently took another load to the Hamptons, which was not part of our agreement.
