I had a great experience working with Easy Peasy USA Logistics. I was hauling a load from UT to Maryland when my truck was involved in an accident. Situations like that can be extremely stressful for a carrier, but their team really stepped up. They worked with me throughout the entire process, stayed in communication, and showed a lot of understanding and support. Booked a load that was flagged as fraudulent when we arrived at the shipper. Driver had to wait for the police to arrive. Lost out on time and fuel and Easy Peasy will not respond for the tonneau payment now after they agreed to pay.
