DO NOT USE them for packing artworks, they are not art handlers even though they tell you so. The packaging was very basic with minimum or non-existent protection. Often bubble wrap was stuck directly to the edges of oil painting and fixed tightly with non-archival tape. Packaging was not appropriately marked with 'front/back' of the works hence leading to increased risk of damage. Unframed oil paintings were packed in paper blankets so tightly and often directly on to the surface with a thin layer of tissue paper over it. W... read more
