I go in 4 or 5 times a week, and every time I get the same employee and she apparently doesn't know what she is doing. She has to get this bright pink notebook out to look at her notes to do a western union transaction (the same transaction I do 4 or 5 times a week) she is rude and she should.kmow how to wait on me without notes she has been there for months and she doesn't even Call me by name. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Stopped by there to see if they would cash my settlement check I finally got from my wreck and they were gonna charge me $400 to cash a check?!!!
I just want to say the 2 ladies working today 11/15/24. Where wonderful. Very kind and very helpful. I will be using this company again and I do recommend there service.
We had a really great experience, our Rep was very knowledgeable. Can't remember her name but she been there awhile, and easy to talk to. She was very upbeat and walked up thru the entire process. I would highly recommend easy money anytime.
