Oh! How I love this store location…especially Jalisa her customer service is top tier and beyond the best I’ve experienced in a long time! She’s sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I go there just because of her to handle any financial business.
I found the store online and called to ask about a title loan. Jalisa was amazing, she helped me with questions over the phone as well as stayed over the closing time to help me when I got to the store, and I had to come back the next day to finish. She went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service I've had in years.
