Very good customer service, the employees there are very fast and very helpful. Most of the time, they are very understanding in loan products and will cash a check fast for a reasonable price. 10/10 would loan here again!
This particular location sucks. When I first needed my loan Vania kept giving me the run around. I came in she told me I needed one thing came back and said I was missing another thing. Finally I had her just write it down, and I got my loan at another location. & I also work with a financial loan company, which makes it hard for me to get to a store. I have to be able to call in my payments.
I work six days a week so it’s extremely hard for me to come in and pay. So I have them drafted out of my account. And then I will come back in the following week next week and pull it out. They say it takes 7 to 10 days however every time other than this they have let me pull it out with verification from my bank showing a reference number that the check was cashed. Now all of a sudden I can’t pull it out Or rewrite which I have been doing this for about 10 months now.
