I came in the store needing to do a loan and Ms. Chantel was more than helpful! Her and Ms Ashley were both so sweet and helped me through the process. Ms Chantel made everything quick and easy and had me walking out the door with my loan in less than 20 min!! I would definitely recommend this location and these lovely ladies to everyone!!!
Ashley was wonderful went above and beyond expectations and got me end and out in a timely manner
Ashley over at 4109 Getwell location was very professional in her actions and appearance when it came to servicing me. She communicated with me very well about the policies and procedures and clarified with her manager as needed when it came to me not understanding a certain policy. I corrected the issue and was able to return and receive the services I intended for. She gave some financial guidance and understanding, she knew her job and role very well.
