I've had a loan with easy loans for a long while now. Never had any issues with Bernadette or her staff. They are always willing to work with you. If you are not able to make your payment on your due date than communication is the key here. Like any other creditor they will call u if a payment has not been made. But they will not haunt u down. i appreciate bernadette and her assistant, very flexible and understanding. literally waited til the last minute to do my taxes and ive also had a loan here too.
