The lady Cecile, sitting at reception is so cheap. She books my appointment and then calls me and asks me to make sure I TIP the masseuse. TIP is an optional thing to do after you are completed the massage. It is horrible service. They force you to tip or else increase the price for massage. Very unprofessional behaviour by the owner Cecile. Also it is the same owner and management called REHAB AT FINCH.

Great and clean place. Specially Seline. She's professional and polite
My experience has been great when visiting this spa. Rooms are clean, spacious and staff are friendly. Seline is my favorite, she gives an amazing massage, she's friendly.
