The staff are kind, calm and considerate my needs. I have had remedial massage, reflexology, cupping and dry needling and have been very satisfied every time under the current ownership/management. I am not always able to book ahead but they do their best to fit me in and I am very appreciative of that.
Today I went to this place for a massage. The woman who attended to me, after only 5 minutes of massage, started constantly asking me if I was feeling better, of course no, was literally only 5 minutes, which made the experience very interrupted. And she was like this for 45 minutes. I couldn't be quiet and connect with the massage. But it didn't end there; she and the womens outside wouldn't stop talking, loudly, almost nonstop. It was impossible to relax and enjoy the moment. I just wanted to leave. I don't recommend it.
Visited for a 30 mins reflexology massage. Incredibly relaxing and nearly sent me off to sleep. The masseuse was warm, welcoming and super lovely. Totally recommend!
Masseuse left 5 times for minutes at a time to answer the phone/ serve the counter. Not relaxing when they are also loudly speaking to each other during the massage. Won’t be back
I came here for the first time yesterday and I certainly did not regret it. I requested a full body remedial massage with firm pressure and got exactly what was requested. I was taken care of by Gina and she did an absolutely amazing job. She got knots I didn't even know i had and walked out standing straighter and feeling the best i had in weeks. I look forward to returning again in the future for all my massage needs.
