This hearing clinic is sensational! Very caring and see people’s needs. My 86 year old dad struggled with industrial deafness in one ear and when his good ear is blocked with wax he is deaf. They got my dad in to clinic on short notice service just brilliant thanks team cheers Kerri and dad! PS coffee and cake was even on offer not sure the cake things everyday as they were having an open day !!
Professional, Friendly and Caring… My husband Neal and I wanted a hearing test and we googled hearing testing near me. We had seen Easy Hearing at Karalee and this was one of the places that showed. I called the number and got a lovely happy and professional lady called Peggy. Mr Vinu Francis is a very thorough Audiologist. Vinu has an ear camera that showed me inside my ear and the wax build up, and condition of my inner ear. He used the suction method of wax removal, this was much better than the water method I have experienced at doctor surgeries. I was approved for government hearing aids and Vinu explained to me in detail the usage, cleaning, app set to pair these to my mobile devices. Easy Hearing were very easy to deal with, to get appointments and advice when needed. I have needed a hearing aid for a long time due to childhood ear damage but have put it off and put it off! Vinu and his team has made it so easy, that I regret waiting so long. Very professional and helpful.
