Great staff and service
I am so pleased I went to Easy Hearing at Karalee. The explanation and support I received throughout the process was exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough and the fact that they are part of the hearing journey long term is so reassuring. It’s a big decision to move to my first hearing aids but not a hard decision to go to Easy Hearing. Definitely 5 stars
They’re very nice and helpful with helpful with any questions you ask and they are very helpful with people that’s got disabilities and they give you good discount on hearing aids for age pensions and that very happy with the service
Fantastic individualised service. Far superior to other audiology practices. Will be taking my parents as well:)
Easy Hearing Audiology are fantastic to me every time I go in when my hearing aid plays up and it plays up plenty. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Kaz is a magician finding what is happening when my hearing aid plays up. Highly recommend them.
