Very friendly, efficient, informative. Did a great job with the hearing test and supplying, fitting of new hearing aids. Very caring also with the follow-up appointment.
Hannah, the audiologist, was incredibly professional, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and investigated my hearing concerns with great attention and sensitivity. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend Easy Hearing!

I have had hearing aids for 6+ years & tried various well known national hearing centres & although the receptionists were pleasant the audiologist didn't understand or resolve my concerns. It was suggested I try Easy Hearing at Karalee & I am so thankful I did. Nothing is too difficult for them. The receptionist & 2 audiologists have been wonderful, taking the time to understand & resolve my issues. I am no longer frustrated by wearing my hearing aids. Thank you Easy Hearing @ Karalee.
