The facility is nice. I loved the community sauna barrel and the infrared saunas. i did the float tank and the sauna. It was my first time doing the float tank and I wish the person there explained it better, i didn't fully take a shower after i just rinsed. You do need to wash it off as it super dried out my skin/hair and left the magnesium reside. I would go again. I liked the opportunity to do these. It was lovely to relax and get out of my head some.
What a treat - this place is just extraordinary in every way. I brought a friend who had never floated. She was nervous and worried that she would not be able to stay in the tank. No problem, no issue for her. She loved it and floated for 75 minutes.
