Had such a wonderful experience at Chill Well yesterday. The space was incredibly serene yet welcoming — the kind of place where you immediately feel at home the moment you walk in. I spent time in one of the barrel saunas and loved how the heat built slowly and smoothly before reaching a deeper intensity that was still completely comfortable. We stayed for about an hour, using the wooden bucket and ladle to pour water over the hot stones as needed. That simple ritual made the whole experience feel grounding and intentional.... read more
