What a fantastic place. The Contrast Therapy, Out door sauna, Float tank, and the ability to be with a group or private is a pulse. I cant tell you how friendly everyone us. This is a must try spot for Float and contrast therapy.
My friend and I visited Chillwell after a long training walk last weekend. We both had never done contrast therapy before, and were a little nervous. The staff was so kind, friendly and supportive, especially during the cold plunge. The space was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

Slept almost 12 hours last night after my 60-minute afternoon float yesterday.
The plunge and sauna was such an invigorating experience. I like how the plunge is in a lovely comfy tub. First time trying an infrared sauna and it’s just the perfect warm hug on these chilly PNW days. Also nice to have the traditional sauna to alternate in. Went with my hubby and it was a unique date night. It helped us decompress from being constantly stimulated with young kids lol. Highly recommend.
