Great place to drop in for sauna, cold plunge, and float! Friendly staff and very clean place! Highly recommend
Never did I think I’d be a sauna user and definitely didn’t think I’d be doing cold plunges! Decided to give it a try and ended up loving it! After having chronic back pain for more than 10 years and never being able to find a remedy I can honestly say after 1 month of weekly visits my back pain is almost completely gone! Love the atmosphere, view and equipment is always clean! Friendly service and always a time that is enjoyed!
