I was interested in couch slipcovers and Evelina answered the call. For years I have needed new slipcovers for my old Crate and Barrel chairs. I am very happy with the results of my slipcovers and chair pads. Customer service was exceptional as we navigated what I ordered and what I should have ordered. The fabric exceeded my expectations.

This has been the worst customer service of my life. I ordered and wanted to return but it took WEEKS to get my return slip because it was never sent to me and no one would return my emails. I finally got someone on the phone, which was hard to do because of the limited hours, and got my return slip. I returned the product and now I have not received my refund- it's been over a week and I can see that they order has arrived back to them. Very easy to work with, they sent a number of samples . Also very helpful one the phone when i needed custom fit. It arrived in a very reasonable time & was a perfect fit.

Great custom slipcover for an heirloom chair. The measurement process was straight forward on the website and the team reached out for additional measurements when something looked off/we mis measured.
