I have been here before without incident, however this time was absolutely despicable! When making the appointment I just selected "whoever was available". Go to my appointment, its some 20 year old kid (male) walking in off the bus with sweaty shorts and a backpack. I was like ok, whats your experience? Oh he is an international graphic designing student at UFV? Then he said oh I have been trained. I should of walked out.
