We needed a remote for our liftchair, which we did not purchased there. Don and his son were very helpful and went out of the way to track down the right model for us. Don called back several times with updates. This was not a big sale for him and required research time on his part , however he was pleasant, helpful and willing to follow through for our benefit . We bought a massage chair at Easy Chair and Mattress. It was a pleasure doing business with Don and his son, Bennie. They are small and family owned and the customer service (plus prices and extra 2 years on the warranty) was exceptional. Also, the man whose name I don't recall was super nice and knowledgable. He put the chair together an hour after being dropped off in huge boxes. I highly recommend them.
