After I moved to India, I file taxes through him and was expecting refund. With his consultation and knowledge, I mentioned my friends bank account details for getting the refunds. Now when IRS is refusing to refund money, he is not helping and refuse to take any responsibility. Such a careless handling of my tax filing!!
There’s zero customer service, very rude over the phone. They will provide you zero satisfaction from their taxes. It’s the worst place to do taxes because they won’t be able to save you any money instead you have to pay more. They don’t even deserve 1 star. They deserve negative 5 starts for their poor tax service.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Me and my used to go there to file our taxes, they would just put some of our income information in the computer in 5-10 minutes and tell us the wrong amount. They wasted our 2000 dollars. I found another tax company(liberty tax) near my house and it takes them 2-3 hours to fill everything the proper way. Don't go to this place.
