Most horrible experience while having my refurbishment done. I have ordered several items on several occasions. Wall panels were delayed for several weeks, glue for panels were delayed additionally, I was send in wrong side of shower base and guess what- yes!! Prolonged delays on exchange. I attempted to buy non slippery shower base. My advice- KKEP AWAY from it!!! What a rubbish Chinese make horrible quality and looks horrendous after use, impossible to clean. This place is amazing the showroom gives you lots of ideas, but the staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble. They work out dimensions quickly and efficiently so you know exactly the amount of materials /tiles needed. A personal service that you will not get at any other place! Don’t bother to go anywhere else, will definitely use again!
