How sad that this firm has no environmental credentials! I wanted to return an unopened box of tiles, one day after pick up and was told they do NOT give refunds. The reason was that the batch will not necessarily be the same as they have in stock for other customers. These tiles will now end up being throw out for no good reason. Such a waste. I have spoke with our tiler and he said he’d never heard such rubbish as all the tile retailers he uses: Topp Tiles and the like will refund on this basis.
Not even worth one star. I sensed a problem when placing my order and making full payment and not receiving any receipt. After asking they printed one off but said they normally give the receipt on collection. Told my order would be in the following Tuesday and they would call me.Tuesday comes I hear nothing. Wednesday I call them to be told the delivery lorry didn't come Tuesday but was coming today and they will phone me.Heard nothing.Phoned them Thursday to be told my order was "lost" and that would be available next Tues... read more
Aaron was so helpful with helping us select all the things we needed for our shower room. Nothing was too much trouble Would certainly recommend.
