My kids dad purchased a Ford Expedition at this auto credit. They finance through Phoenix financial. Phoenix is the problem. We thought the car was paid off because we had a family member take in the rest of the money to pay it off. We were working at the Spokane fair parked where no one is supposed to be aloud without a permit.. STAY AWAY!! They are no better then any other used dealership sharks. They don't care if they sell you a lemon, as long as they're getting paid. Bicycle, much more reliable then anything they've got.
our 2004 Dodge Durango with 65,000 miles overheated at Mt. Spokane in December. we had it towed to Dishman Dodge. Apparently, the water heater failed which overheated the engined and ruined the heads. It's been 16 days now and they still haven't got it fixed yet and have quoted us a price of $4000 and they've been rude, have not delivered on any of their promises of when it will be done, don't call us back when they say they will. Bottom line, don't buy a Dodge, don't get it fixed at Dishman Dodge.
