I parked my car over the weekend in spot 273 at the end of the lane. My passenger rear side was hit by another vehicle and sustained significant damage. It looks like their crappy shuttle bus went around it and used my car as a bumper.....never will park their again! Do not recommend! Filthy shuttle bus!
I would not recommend this company!! I booked online 3 weeks ahead, when I arrived they were closed. called and was advised someone was on their way. The man who arrived was swearing, slamming doors amd complaining about how the reservation was not listed. he then drove like a crazy person flying around a round about and speeding.
I was left at the airport all alone at night because I wasn’t standing outside. It was 20 degrees out, snowing, and extremely windy and I have a one year old baby. When I called to see what was going on the staff was incredibly rude on the phone and the driver who finally got around to picking me up didn’t help me with my bags so I loaded my baby in the car seat, the stroller, my suit case, diaper bag, etc while he stood there.
