How are they getting way with selling s over price i have to change dar near the hold car. They don't care when you buy it from them they say the car is a great car then it falls apart and they will turn it off in the middle of the street in two years I have spent about $20,000 on this car and have 2 years to go how are they getting away with this practice they know what they are doing some thing has to be done S

Very unprofessional company and horrible customer service. Avoid working with them if possible! I’ll never record them to anyone.

Worst company ever to deal with they treat you like you’re stupid talk down to you , shut your car down In the middle of the highway, and deliberately charge you Interest! They tell you to send paystubs when you change jobs My sister sent the paystubs repeatedly and they said they didn’t get practically telling her she Is stupid and don’t know how to send an email! She suffer from PTSD and kept crying her her heart out from the finance manager abusing her intellectual capacity to explain her situation that she has a new Job ... read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. Representatives are not knowledgeable. The phone rings and rings, most of the time with no answer. Put on hold multiple times and then disconnects. No one here knows what they are doing!

I give this company zero stars if I could.I tried to talk to them and say I was starting a new job. So that when I get paid I will be able to pay them.They didn’t really care they told me there nothing they can do about it .so they turn my vehicle off and told me that they going to have repo come pick up the car . So how can I pay them if ion have the transportation back and fourth to work to pay them .
