**Update (Dec 2025): After reaching out to the owner and giving them another chance, I'm happy to report that I had a great experience. My therapist was very professional, kept checking if the massage pressure was to my liking and was skillful in providing a strong deep tissue massage to relive my muscle tightness. I highly enjoyed my massage. I asked for firm and it helped soothe out my knots. Place is clean and quiet, with soothing music. I’d be back.
A message to the owner. I recieved a flyer for your business yesterday - advertising that you obviously spend money on. I presented myself this morning at 10 am to 26 Rowe St Eastwood and the business still shut. The lady that eventually arrived was EXTREMELY rude to me. She didn't greet me at all, even knowing I was obviously waiting at the door. She looked angry and disinterested. I walked inside myself, as she didn't even ask me in to sit down.
