My mam has been In Eastwood for 5 weeks. She has now been moved to the new St Winifred Centre which I'm sure will get some amazing reviews, however, although the building is amazing, im thankfull it's the same care staff from Eastwood as that is what matters. The staff are all so attentive caring, friendly & welcoming with the service users but also the family visiting. i felt i was always made welcome, i was made to feel part of the inviroment which helped my mam settle , i very much appreciated that & will always be so tha... read more

The Care my dad received while he was here was brilliant, the staff Are lovely, friendly & very easy to approach. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone. Thank You to all staff. xx
They ignored the fact I have a bad back and made me sleep on an awful lumpy mattress. This caused pain so severe that I could hardly bend, because of this I asked for my meals in my bedroom so I didn't have to suffer the low chairs in the dining area. Certain staff refused to feed me unless I came to dining area, so I had to order in. When asking about personal choice I was told I only got a choice if I cooperated.
