I just called to ask a few questions about Power of Attorney and the person who answered the phone was incredibly short and rude. For context, I said my father was in the hospital awaiting open-heart surgery and she cut me off to say, "well he needs to be there". when my question was, does your office offer in-hospital visits. Shocked at the level of brevity and rudeness to a potential customer. Family first? I think not.
