He comically installed my tyre (which I bought) backwards and holding my old tyre which was replaced at random. Stating that he would only return my old tyre if I payed him $15. What kind of bloke is this? 🤣 Also charged me $45 for the service of replacing a tyre, plus the fact he installed it backwards. (Rubber compound facing the wrong direction) Lesson learnt - don't be lazy and fix your bike yourself.
Terrible customer service skills this guy. I called and he nominated a price for tube for a wheelchair I have and fitting which I thought was what we ascertained on phone, tube and fit. When I arrived he said fitting was a different thing and now I don’t want to do it. He said the tyre was not 24 inch, indeed it was confirmed by Blackman Bicycles MacArthur St North Parramatta that it was in fact a 24 inch tyre who did a first rate, stirling job. I would give 0 star if I can! Do not go to this dodgy business. We had a flat tyre of our mini bike and asked him to replace the inner tube yesterday (we provided a matching inner tube ourselves). He claimed he replaced it with his own inner tube because he couldn’t replace with our original one. We paid $40 for this but our tyre got flattened again overnight. Run away, not trustworthy at all. Charged me for $40 and took my spare tube said job was done, however tyre wasn't repaired at all and didn't want to give back my spare tube. Went back on second day and he admitted didn't do anything but didn't want to refund. Rude and unprofessional ans greedy.
Very rude businessman. Went there to repair pram wheel which he charged me $34. It broke again after a couple of days due to him not fixing it properly and he wanted to charge me an extra $20 for fixing it again. Had to call police to get pram back as he locked it inside his house.
