Elizabeth is an amazing physiotherapist and has helped me recover quickly from a number of hip, back and neck issues over the years. Her mix of conventional physiotherapy techniques and exercises, along with acupuncture and cupping, have greatly contributed to an improvement in my health.
I’ve been seeing Elizabeth for over two years, and she’s been incredible. She helped me recover from multiple injuries from work and from sports. I’ve made amazing progress thanks to her care. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to tailor each treatment to my needs. I really appreciate how she explains everything clearly and focuses on long-term recovery.
