Do not trust this place. I am writing exactly what I experienced, without any exaggeration. Before my treatment, I specifically asked the front desk to check whether my insurance would cover the cost. I was told that my insurance covered it and that I only needed to pay $20. Based on that information, I agreed to receive the treatment. A few months later, they contacted me and told me that I owed another $60 because of my deductible. I recently visited Eastway Wellness Boston for my first acupuncture treatment. The experience was professional and comfortable – the practitioner started by asking about my concerns, asked me questions, and then explained the treatment, which included both acupuncture and cupping. The needles do not hurt, just a little poke when they are put in. I had a really good experience here. The clinic itself is very calm and comfortable, which helped me settle in right away. The facilities are clean, quiet, and just a nice place to sit and relax before your session. The specialists are great. They are down-to-earth and caring, taking the time to ask the right questions and actually listen to how I was feeling instead of just rushing me through the process. I had a really great experience at Eastway Wellness Acupuncture. I originally came in for chronic headaches, jaw tension/TMJ, fatigue, brain fog, and overall stress on my body.
