Absolutely a horrible place to have a loved one.. Stolen items, deplorable conditions, no phone service and lack of staff and zero communication.
i can say this facility really needs some better management and help the NA's who come into work don't necessarily get trained properly! coming from someone who worked there I WOULD NEVER WORK THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
