Excellent financial CPA's our family has been going there for 15+ years and have always had the best service and the best returns available for the price ! I definitely recommend them personally from years of experience with using their services.
Stay away. Incompetent and doesn't take responsibility for making mistakes or misinformation. Messed up my taxes, told me I messed up my taxes for two years and he amended them and informed I owe a certain dollar amount to the state. One of his amended returns was declined without him even knowing. I stopped by the office and asked him to check the status of my returns. He had no clue why and said he'd call the irs. I just called to set up an appointment and I could not believe how rude the lady on the phone was. She sounded angry that she had to answer the phone, then proceeded to interrupt me after she asked what I was calling for. I don’t leave reviews often, but if it was my business I’d find someone else to represent my company on the phone. They lost my business. I’m not sure what her problem was but wow is all I can say. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I went here for my 2023 an 2024 taxes a Tom Johnson who has been doing this for a very long time mind you. Has forgotten to submit my 2023 taxes after I came in an filed out my online tax file he forget until I called him 2 months later to ask about my taxes which I was then told “I’m sorry I forgot”.
