I want to leave this as constructive feedback because there’s a real missed opportunity here. I came in to swap a pair of Darn Tough socks, something your store is listed for on the Darn Tough website and was refused. Instead, I was told that honoring these warranties causes your business to lose money. From a thru-hiker perspective, that view misses the bigger picture.
