Great gear shop and stop when headed up into the mountains. We rented the light weight Wild ideas Kevlar bear canisters for our Sierra trip. $6/day and totally reasonable for the weight to volume ratio. Quality gear and helpful staff.
I didn’t buy anything in here because they did not have what I needed. I was looking for a personal siren alarm. However, the two gentlemen at the front gave me some ideas as to where to find one and even some ideas for personal protection if I couldn’t find one. All around great vibes. Thank you! P.S. I found a personal alarm at Mammoth Gear Exchange! P.P.S. I have finished all my hikes this weekend and was perfectly safe.
