I'm a Bishop local and Eastside sports is my go-to shop for climbing, hiking, and camping gear. They stock quality goods and deliver unmatched customer service. In the past, I have sometimes needed some esoteric item, and they were able to order it for me, no problem. I will often swing into the shop and chat with the staff for updates on local conditions.
