1 year and 2 months ago my body launch a full blown assault on itself. I could barely walk. My doctors were talking infusions for my Sjogrens and shots in my spine. It was a long recovery. I have avoided the traditional medical route which I'm very thankful I did. I have an amazing physical therapy crew at Eastside Physical Therapy that have used primarily myofascial release.
